Before you send your RFQ
Are you a factory or a trading company?
RB TradeBridge is operated by Dongguan Runben International Trading Co., Ltd. We coordinate projects with manufacturing partners in Dongguan and act as your commercial and project contact.
Can I enquire about samples or a small batch?
Yes. Share your initial quantity and intended repeat quantities. Feasibility, minimum practical quantity and pricing depend on the drawing, material and process.
What tolerance and delivery time can you offer?
These are confirmed for each project. Mark the critical dimensions, material, quantity and required date so the manufacturing partner can review feasibility before a commitment is made.
How do I send CAD files or confidential drawings?
Email drawings to tim@rbtradebridge.com, or include a share link you are authorised to provide in the enquiry form. If an NDA or a specific file-sharing method is required, contact Tim before sending confidential files.
